The partnership between Salon Aria and RandomWalk is a great story. One of the owners and stylists at Salon Aria, Giovanni, was cutting the hair of John Sutton, the founder of RandomWalk and began discussing his dismay with traditional web design firms. Giovanni hated the little fees that his original website design firm charged for every little thing. John mentioned that he may be willing to help Salon Aria build a web presence for no upfront expense from Salon Aria. Giovanni was a bit skeptical at first, but then John offered to build a website for Giovanni for no charge...now RandomWalk is not in the business of giving things away, but John knew that RandomWalk could create a much better website that not only better fit the style of Salon Aria, but also helped generate new clients via SEO and local business marketing.

What came about was the new www.SalonAria.net website. Generated in an open-source CMS (Joomla 1.5), SalonAria.net is a website that fully represents all that Salon Aria has to offer, best of all, the site went from seeing fewer than 300 visitors a month to well over 1200 a month through SEO best practices and a strong local business marketing strategy.  You may be asking, what was in it for RandomWalk? Well, on top of the free haircuts, RandomWalk discussed a small fee fro every website referral generated. This meant SalonAria paid nothing unless the website was successful...let's just say we all won ; ) !
